Geophysical Exploration Services (GES) offering latest technology and price competitive condition, including quality field data acqulsition, processing and interpretation.
GES provides data acquisition services utilizing proven geophysical instrumentation and, most importantly, field survey and experienced field personnel. A geophysicist is commonly provided to manage project, perform basic and, some cases, advanced data processing and interpretation in the field.
Also provides of other related services, such as geographic information system (GIS), data conversion services may be supplied in order to transfer hardcopy based information to digital form. This can be done through vector digitization using a large format digitizing tablet or through raster image digitization using an electronic scanner. GES also offers image processing and analysis of satellite or digital air photography, color map image creation and plotting.
Integrated Mapping Services
Integrated Mapping is simply the combination of various types of data into a composite image. This may simply mean overlying political boundaries on the digital air photo or the more complicated fusion of airborne and ground geophysical data with satellite imagery. The end result may be a color map image or airborne or 3D volumetric rendering. Such integrated mapping technologies are becoming more important to the exploration, development and management of natural resources. GES provides a full suite geophysical and geoscientific data processing and map image creation services. The results can be utilized to populate a geographic information system (GIS), submitted for publication, or plotted for inclusion in a technical report.
Geophysical Division operates the following equipment and instrumentation to support its various survey services:
- For Total Field Magnetic Survey using Scintrex ENVI System and enables us to survey large areas quicldy and accurately. The proton precession magnetometer/ gradiometer can select sampling rates 0,5 second and quality of data and rapid analysis of review are possible. Our these 3 Magnetometers possible eliminates the need to write down field data as it simultaneously stores time, field measurements and grid coordinates, automatically calculates diurnal corrections. Sensitivity is 0.1nT. ENVI proton magnetometers, ideally suited for mineral exploration. Gradiometer option enable to conduct gradient surveys during magnetic storrns. ENVI GRAD system is well suited for geotechnical and archaeological surveys where small near surface magnetic targets are the object of the survey.
- For Very low frequency ( VLEr) Survey using Scintrex ENVI VLF Equipment. The ENVI VLF unit allows us to read vertical in-phase, vertical quadrature, total field strength, dip angle, primary field direction, apparent resistivity, phase. angle, time, grid coordinates, direction of travel along grid lines and natural and cultural features. The ENVI VLF can measure up to three ENVI frequencies. The system also enables automatically scan the entire VLF spectrum for the most usable stations stations between 15 kHz to 30 kHz. Using up to three frequencies optimizes conductor coupling even in the most complex geological enviroments. The ENVI VLF is ideal for environmental, geotechnical and mineral / water exploration application
- Induced Polai ization (IP) Survey. Geophysical Team using as receiver the IPR- 12 Time Domain IP/ Resistivity from SCINTREX, in exploration for precious and base metal mineral deposits. In addition, it is used it geoelectrical surveying for groundwater or geothermal resources, often to great depthts. For these targets, the induced polarization measurements may be as useful as the high accuracy resistivity results since it often geological materials have IP contracts when resistivity differences are abcent. Signals from up to eight potential dipoles can be measured simultaneously and recorded in solid-state memory along with automatically calculated parameters. One of the most important features of the IPR-12 in permitting high quality data to be acquired and fully automatic measurements of primary voltage (Vp), self potential (SP), and time domain induced polirization (Mi) characteristics of received waveform. Input Impedance: 16 Megohms, Reading Resolution: Vp, 10 microvolt, SP, 1 millivolt, M (chargeability), 0.01 millivolt//volt and IP Windows: 14.
